Valentine’s Day is coming up soon and you need a gift for your man. But you are wondering what some valentine gift ideas for men are. What is good to get a man to show him that you love him, but that won’t embarrass him? You are probably going through the stores on- and off-line trying to get ideas what you can buy for him. With men you want to get something they are interested in; this makes the gift mean more. Here are a few things that you can buy men for gifts for Valentine’s Day.

You can get him some new tools. Maybe he needs a new drill or power screwdriver. A new circular saw would make his day! Or maybe he needs some other types of woodworking tools or machinery instead. There are numerous ideas when you start looking into tools that make good gifts.

Buy him one of the new up-to-date cell phones that are on the market—you know, the ones that do everything, including taking pictures. Even insert all his phone numbers into it that he will need. You may want to snap a photo of yourself for him to have to look at, too!

Most men love their favorite sports team’s logo clothing. There are hats, jackets, t-shirts, and sweatshirts, just to mention a few items.

Today so many electronic gadgets are available to play with. There are iPods, cell phones, DVD players, GPS units, and so on. Men love to play with gadgets. So you can always pick up one of these for him.

Buy him a nice big bottle of his favorite wine or liquor. If you buy his favorite liquor, make sure he has the other ingredients for his favorite mixed drink, too.

Buy him some CDs of his favorite band or singer to listen to. You could add a new CD player if his is getting old and showing the wear.

A really nice, pricier gift would be that of a new plasma or LCD TV. You know how much your man loves to watch TV. Just think, every time he watches the one you give him he will think of you. This will definitely be a hit.

If you are on a budget and still want to give your man a special Valentine’s gift, then cook for him. Make him a sumptuous meal of all his favorite comfort foods. Maybe tell his mom what you are doing and get a recipe that she used to make for him. Top the meal off with one of his favorite desserts.

A new wallet may be something your man needs you to give him. If he is like my man, he wears his to shreds. You may want to place a new photo of yourself in there, too!

There is nothing wrong with buying candy for your man, either. Get several of his favorite chocolate bars or even a big box of candy. You don’t necessarily have to do the heart-shaped box if this would embarrass him.
